About the Role

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Amazon PPC Specialist to join our team. This fully remote, dayshift position is ideal for someone with a strong grasp of Amazon advertising who can confidently manage multiple accounts, optimize campaign performance, and drive client success through strategic execution and collaboration.

This role begins as an hourly contract with strong potential to become full-time, offering flexibility upfront and a clear path to long-term growth and meaningful impact within a supportive, fast-growing team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Create and manage Sponsored Product and Display campaigns using internal templates. Understand various ad types and align campaigns with specific performance goals.
  • Monitor campaign performance metrics (ACoS, impressions, etc.), make manual bid and budget adjustments, and recommend strategies such as contextual targeting to improve results.
  • Confidently manage multiple accounts. Support client-facing teams by preparing reports, responding to basic requests via the Brand Manager, and contributing to the execution of client marketing plans.
  • Track and interpret key performance indicators including ACoS, ROAS, CTR, and CVR. Understand and navigate campaign dashboards to provide actionable insights.
  • Understand the purpose of A/B testing, monitor ongoing tests, run experiments, and provide clear reporting on test outcomes.
  • Automate reporting processes and bid adjustments. Evaluate and implement new tools to enhance efficiency and share automation best practices with the team.
  • Conduct basic keyword research, utilize suggested terms, and apply negative keyword strategies to refine targeting.
  • Communicate effectively and consistently deliver high-quality work. Contribute to a positive team environment by actively participating in meetings, team chats, and initiatives.

What You’ll Bring

  • Strong understanding of Amazon PPC and retail media advertising, including campaign objectives, optimization techniques, and performance drivers
  • Hands-on experience working with performance metrics, advertising dashboards, and retail media platforms (e.g., Amazon Ads)
  • Ability to manage multiple accounts efficiently while meeting performance and ROI targets
  • Awareness of retail media trends and a willingness to continuously learn through internal training and industry updates
  • Collaborative mindset with a proactive, problem-solving approach in a fast-paced environment

Work Schedule:

  • 7am - 3pm PH Time
  • Monday to Friday
  • Australian Public Holidays

Requirements

  • 2+ Years of Hands on Amazon PPC Management Experience
  • Strong with Excel, Google Sheets & Data Analytics
  • Experience with Retail Media like Walmart Ads, or Social Ads is a bonus
