As a Customer Support Specialist, you will play a key role in assisting customers with their home devices, answering their questions, and providing guidance on product usage and technical troubleshooting.

Job Responsibilities:

• Handle incoming phone calls, messages, and emails from customers.

Job Requirements:

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Spanish and English.

• Ability to handle unexpected changes and customer concerns with professionalism.

• Previous experience in customer support or technical support roles is a plus.
