Location: Remote
Salary: USD 1,200 – 1,500 / month

ABOUT THE CLIENT

British Swim School is one of the largest providers of water-safety and learn-to-swim programs in the United States, offering structured aquatic education for children and adults with a strong focus on safety and customer satisfaction.

ROLE OVERVIEW

This role supports enrollment conversion, customer communication, scheduling, and administrative workflows across swim school operations.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Customer Service & Lead Conversion (50%)

  • Manage inbound and outbound calls
  • Convert inquiries into enrolled students
  • Provide program, pricing, and scheduling information
  • Manage bookings, reschedules, and cancellations
  • Follow up with leads and enrolled families

2. Administrative & Operational Support (50%)

  • Maintain CRM and student records
  • Coordinate scheduling between families and instructors
  • Assist with reporting and tracking tasks
  • Provide administrative support to management
  • Support social media coordination if required

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • 2+ years in customer service or VA roles
  • Strong phone communication skills
  • Bilingual English & Spanish preferred
  • Strong organization and multitasking skills
  • Comfortable working remotely

TECHNICAL & SOFTWARE SKILLS

  • CRM platforms such as HubSpot or similar
  • Google Workspace, Zoom, RingCentral, Canva.
  • Ability to quickly learn new tools
