Your Responsibilities
- Provide outstanding customer support to French-speaking clients through phone, email, and live chat.
- Handle customer inquiries related to hotel reservations, including changes and cancellations.
- Maintain a friendly and professional demeanor in all interactions with customers.
- Accurately document customer interactions to support continuous service improvements.
- Collaborate with team members and hotel partners to ensure optimal customer experiences.
- Engage in training sessions to stay updated on hospitality trends and best practices.
Requirements
- Your native language and your nationality should be clearly stated in your C.V. and/or Cover Letter.
- Fluency in French (both written and spoken) is essential.
- A strong commitment to delivering excellent customer service.
- Previous experience in customer service or hospitality is a plus, but not mandatory.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
