Position Overview: Staff4Me is seeking a skilled and dedicated Project Manager who will play a key role in managing and delivering projects effectively. The successful candidate will be responsible for planning, executing, and closing projects according to strict deadlines and within budget. Your role will involve coordinating teams, resources, and projects while ensuring quality and stakeholder satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Project Planning: Develop and manage detailed project plans, including scope, objectives, and timelines.
  • Team Leadership: Lead and motivate cross-functional teams, ensuring everyone is aligned with project goals.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Act as the main point of contact for all project communications, fostering transparency and collaboration with stakeholders.
  • Risk Management: Identify risks and develop mitigation strategies, ensuring minimal impact on project delivery.
  • Budget Oversight: Track project budgets and expenditures, providing regular updates to stakeholders and making necessary adjustments.
  • Quality Assurance: Ensure that project deliverables meet the highest quality standards and are completed on time.
  • Project Reporting: Prepare and present progress reports and performance dashboards to stakeholders.
  • Post-Project Review: Conduct evaluations at the completion of projects, documenting successes and lessons learned for future initiatives.

Requirements

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field.
  • Experience: 5+ years of proven experience in project management, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
  • Certification: Project Management Professional (PMP) or similar certification is highly desirable.
  • Technical Skills: Proficient in project management software (e.g., Microsoft Project, JIRA, Asana) and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Communication Skills: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, capable of conveying information clearly and effectively.
  • Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to address project challenges promptly.
  • Leadership Skills: Proven ability to lead teams, foster collaboration, and maintain a productive and positive work environment.
  • Organizational Skills: Strong attention to detail and organizational skills, adept at managing multiple tasks simultaneously.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in budget management and resource allocation.
  • Knowledge of Agile methodologies is a plus.
