About the Role

We’re hiring an AI Content Writer who truly lives inside AI tools.

This role is ideal for an experienced writer who knows how to produce, refine, and scale AI-generated content while preserving brand voice, SEO strategy, and editorial quality. You’ll work daily with tools like ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, and other LLMs to deliver client-ready, zero-revision content at scale.

This is a non-client-facing role, reporting directly to the SEO Team Lead and Project Manager.

Key Responsibilities

• Create AI-generated content at scale using ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, and other LLMs
• Develop and refine prompts, templates, and workflows to ensure consistent, high-quality output
• Review, edit, and humanize AI-generated content for accuracy, brand voice, and SEO alignment
• Produce 60–100+ blog posts, service pages, and web pages per month
• Collaborate with the SEO team on keyword research and content optimization
• Implement AEO/GEO best practices for AI-powered search visibility
• Manage content calendars and workflows in ClickUp
• Learn and apply industry-specific knowledge (stone fabrication, kitchen & bath, training provided)
• Deliver content that meets zero-revision standards and supports 95%+ client retention

Requirements

• 6+ years of professional writing experience across multiple content formats
• Hands-on experience using AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini) for content creation and refinement
• Strong ability to match brand voice across different tones and industries
• Solid SEO knowledge: keyword integration, search intent, on-page optimization
• Highly detail-oriented with strong editorial judgment
• Scale-oriented mindset focused on systems and workflows
• Self-sufficient and accountable with minimal oversight
• Availability to work EST hours

Strongly Preferred

• Experience with AI writing platforms (Jasper, Copy.ai, etc.)
• Knowledge of AEO/GEO and AI search optimization
• Experience using ClickUp
• Familiarity with automation tools (Make.com, Zapier)
• Background in home improvement or home services content
