Job Title: Salesforce Administrator

Overview: We're looking for a Salesforce Administrator to manage and optimize our Salesforce. You'll handle administration, automation, and reporting to ensure the system runs smoothly and supports business processes.

Key Responsibilities: 

  • Salesforce Administration & Support

    • Maintain and support our Salesforce instance for 400+ users across Sales and Service Cloud.
    • Perform day-to-day administrative tasks including user account creation, profile and role management, permission sets, and password resets.
    • Manage objects, fields, page layouts, record types, and other configuration settings to ensure Salesforce aligns with business needs.
  • Automation & Process Improvement

    • Build and maintain automation processes using Flows, Approval Processes, Validation Rules, and Workflow Rules.
    • Identify opportunities to streamline processes and improve system efficiency.
    • Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into Salesforce solutions.
  • Reporting & Analytics

    • Create, maintain, and optimize reports and dashboards to provide actionable insights for sales, service, and leadership teams.
    • Ensure data integrity and consistency across the Salesforce platform.
  • System Deployment & Maintenance

    • Manage change sets and deployment processes across environments (Sandbox Production).
    • Monitor system performance, conduct regular audits, and recommend improvements.
    • Ensure compliance with Salesforce best practices and organizational policies.
  • Collaboration & Support

    • Act as the first point of contact for Salesforce-related inquiries and issues.
    • Partner with cross-functional teams to implement new features and support ongoing initiatives.
    • Provide user training and documentation to enhance adoption and system proficiency.

Qualifications: 

  • 3 to 5 years of hands-on Salesforce administration experience in Sales Cloud and Service Cloud.
  • Strong knowledge of Salesforce features including Objects, Fields, Page Layouts, Record Types, Profiles, Roles, Permission Sets, Validation Rules, Flows, and Approval Processes.
  • Experience creating and maintaining reports and dashboards.

  • Familiarity with change sets, deployment processes, and environment management.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work with business stakeholders.
  • Salesforce Administrator Certification (ADM 201) is nice to have

  • Additional certifications (e.g., Advanced Administrator, Platform App Builder) are a plus.

Schedule: Night Shift (US Time)

Setup: This is a remote (work-from-home) position open to candidates based anywhere in the Philippines.
