Job Description



Main Responsibilities
  • Define and maintain the long-term technical vision for data curation, ingestion, and processing platforms within the Threat Intelligence domain, ensuring architectural consistency and sustainable system evolution.
  • Lead the design of large-scale distributed systems, including computing pipelines, microservices, data contracts, and storage solutions, while ensuring reliability, scalability, and security.
  • Conduct comprehensive architectural, design, and high-level code reviews, upholding engineering standards, architectural consistency, security requirements, and data quality controls.
  • Collaborate with product, engineering, and leadership stakeholders to align architectural direction with organizational strategy and business priorities.
  • Provide technical leadership and mentorship to engineers across teams, supporting their development, removing blockers, and reinforcing best practices.
  • Identify, prioritize, and remediate technical debt, performance bottlenecks, and reliability risks across the platform.
  • Strengthen engineering processes by supporting robust testing practices, CI/CD improvements, rigorous documentation culture, deployment reliability, and operational excellence in cloud environments.

  • Core Requirements
  • At least 5 years of professional experience with python and backend engineering in high-scale environments.
  • At least 3 years experience in architectural or cross-team technical leadership role, including designing event-driven architectures, data-intensive pipelines, and an understanding of system trade-offs.
  • Strong understanding of databases and data systems, including PostgreSQL and other storage models; demonstrated ability to diagnose and resolve performance and reliability issues.
  • Hands-on experience with cloud infrastructure, containers, and orchestration technologies, including Docker and Kubernetes.
  • High standards of engineering quality, with an emphasis on maintainable, testable, secure, and well-structured code.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to influence technical direction across teams.
  • Strong commitment to continuous learning, proactive problem identification, and improvement of systems, processes, and engineering practices within the Cyber Threat Intelligence field.

  • Gross Salary 22800 - 33400 PLN/month
