• Provide exceptional customer support to Danish-speaking clients through various communication channels.

• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in our CRM system.
• Collaborate with team members to achieve service level objectives and enhance overall customer experience.
• Engage in ongoing training to keep abreast of product updates and industry trends.

Requirements

• Fluency in Danish (written and spoken) is essential.
• A strong commitment to delivering excellent customer service.
• Prior experience in customer support is a plus but not mandatory.
