Assist customers with account inquiries, bookings, changes, cancellations, and payments
Resolve customer issues efficiently with a customer-focused approach

Manage a high volume of customer interactions while ensuring quality
Collaborate with remote team members to achieve service-level targets
Chinese language: C1–C2 level
English: B2 level
