As a representative, you will assist clients in Danish, addressing their inquiries and ensuring a smooth customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle customer inquiries related to financial products, services, and account management via phone, email, and chat in Danish.
• Provide detailed information on FinTech solutions, fees, and features to help customers navigate their options.
• Assist customers with troubleshooting issues related to online banking and financial transactions.
• Resolve customer queries and complaints promptly, maintaining a high level of satisfaction.
• Document all customer interactions and feedback in the CRM system for accurate tracking.
• Collaborate with internal teams to improve customer service delivery and address client needs efficiently.
• Stay informed about FinTech trends and regulations to provide up-to-date information to customers.

Requirements

• Fluency in Danish (both written and spoken) is essential; knowledge of English is a plus.
• Previous experience in customer service, preferably in the FinTech or financial services sector.
• Strong communication skills and a customer-focused approach.
• Problem-solving abilities and the capacity to address inquiries effectively.
• Excellent organizational skills to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with FinTech products and customer relationship management (CRM) software is desirable.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays as necessary.
• Relocation to Greece is required for this position.
