What are you expected to do?

• Develop and implement new software programs

• Produce detailed specifications and write program codes

• Maintain and improve the performance of existing software

• Reviewing current systems and present ideas for system improvements

• Perform rigorous testing of both frontend and backend systems

• Assist in coding front-end digital assets to design specifications

• Integrate front end assets to CMS’ and databases as required

• Design and update software databases and CMS’ in a range of technologies, best suited to the individual project.
• Together with the broader team, try and test new technologies as they become available

• Work directly with clients on the development of their digital assets.

• Provide accurate time and cost estimates for development work and deliver specific results on time and in budget.
• Clearly and regularly communicate with management and technical support colleagues

You’ll be a great fit if:

• You have a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• You have at least 3 years of professional experience in backend development, working on web applications, CMS integrations, and database-driven systems in digital consulting, technology delivery, or a similar professional services environment.
• You are proficient in at least one backend programming language (e.g., Java, Python, PHP, Node.js) and have experience integrating APIs and third-party services.
• You have hands-on experience with databases (SQL or NoSQL) and understand data modeling, queries, and performance optimization.
• You are comfortable supporting front-end development when required, including integrating front-end assets into CMS or applications.
• You have a good understanding of software development best practices, version control (Git), and CI/CD pipelines.
• You have proven experience designing and implementing complex integrations between SaaS platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce,Dynamics).
• You have a familiarity with working within and integrating SaaS ecosystems, understanding API limitations and optimizing performance.
• You have strong experience with AWS and GCP, with a focus on cloud services.
• You are able to work on multiple projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines while maintaining attention to detail.
• You have strong problem-solving skills and are keen to learn new technologies as needed.You are an effective communicator, able to work collaboratively with designers, developers, clients, and stakeholders.

Please note: This role is remote; however, we require candidates to be based locally in the Philippines. This is to support occasional onsite activities such as team events, client meetings, or equipment handover. Additionally, local residency is necessary for compliance with Philippines labor laws and employment regulations.
