Client Success Manager

Job Description

VirtueStaff is seeking a proactive and highly organized Client Success Manager to oversee the lifecycle of customer relationships for our client. In this role, you will be responsible for seamless client onboarding, ongoing account management, and strategic project management to ensure client goals are met. The ideal candidate has a strong background in digital marketing and is proficient in managing CRM systems and advertising platforms to drive client results.

Responsibilities

• Lead the initial setup and integration process for new clients to ensure a smooth transition into our services
• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, maintaining long-term relationships and identifying opportunities for growth
• Oversee the execution of client projects, ensuring tasks are completed on time and within scope
• Manage client data within the CRM and oversee Meta Ads campaigns to monitor and improve performance
• Utilize GoHighLevel to automate workflows and manage client interactions efficiently

Requirements

• Previous experience working specifically within a digital marketing firm is preferred
• Demonstrated excellence in customer service with the ability to manage professional relationships effectively
• Strong project management skills and experience managing complex CRMs
• Experience with GoHighLevel and Meta Ads is highly preferred
• Familiarity with Slack for internal communication and ClickUp for task management is preferred but not mandatory
