As a Business Development Representative, your primary responsibility will involve prospecting and developing new business opportunities, establishing meaningful connections with potential clients, and supporting our sales team to deliver exceptional staffing services.

• Conduct market research to identify potential leads and key players in the US market.

• Initiate contact with prospects through cold calls, emails, and networking.

• Qualify leads by understanding their needs and challenges.

• Schedule meetings or demonstrations with the sales team for interested leads.

• Maintain detailed records of all interactions and progress within our CRM system.

• Achieve or exceed monthly quotas for lead generation and appointments.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in sales, business development, or related fields focused on the US market.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills tailored to business audiences.

• Strong ability to build rapport and engage prospects effectively.

• Proficient in using CRM tools (such as Salesforce or HubSpot).
