About the Role

We are seeking a Full Stack Engineer with strong ecommerce or SaaS experience to design, build, and optimize digital customer journeys. This role combines website development, CRM integration, and workflow automation using tools like Claude AI, ChatGPT, Microsoft Copilot, Jasper AI, and GitHub Copilot. You’ll play a key role in creating seamless lead capture, automating outreach, and scaling our growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Website Development & Optimization
• Build and maintain responsive websites and landing pages for ecommerce or SaaS campaigns.
• Collaborate with AI tools (Claude, ChatGPT, GitHub Copilot, Microsoft Copilot) to generate code, content, and customer-facing assets.
• Ensure sites are optimized for conversions, SEO, and mobile performance.
• CRM Integration & Automation
• Connect websites to CRM platforms (HubSpot, Salesforce, Zoho, or similar).
• Design and implement n8n workflows to automate lead capture, pipeline updates, and customer communications.
• Maintain data integrity and compliance with GDPR/PDPA standards.
• Customer Outreach & Growth
• Automate personalized outreach campaigns via email, WhatsApp Business, or LinkedIn.
• Use AI-driven content generation tools (Jasper AI, Copy.ai, Writer) to craft compelling customer engagement messages.
• Monitor performance metrics and continuously optimize outreach workflows.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration
• Work closely with marketing, sales, and product teams to align digital initiatives with business goals.
• Provide technical support and training on automation tools.

Requirements

Qualifications

• Technical Skills
• Strong background in full stack development (HTML, CSS, JavaScript; React/Next.js preferred, plus Node.js or Python for backend).
• Experience with CRM systems (HubSpot, Salesforce, Zoho, or equivalent).
• Hands-on experience with workflow automation tools (n8n, Zapier, Make).
• Familiarity with APIs, webhooks, and authentication protocols (OAuth, API keys).
• Domain Experience
• Ecommerce: Proven track record in building or optimizing ecommerce websites, conversion funnels, and online sales strategies.
• SaaS: Experience developing or integrating SaaS platforms, subscription models, and customer onboarding workflows.
• Soft Skills
• Problem-solving mindset with ability to translate business needs into technical solutions.
• Strong communication skills for cross-team collaboration.
• Detail-oriented with a focus on scalability and efficiency.
