Your Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer support to Dutch-speaking clients through phone, email, and chat.
• Assist customers with inquiries regarding telecommunication products and services, ensuring they have a seamless experience.
• Document interactions and maintain accurate records in our CRM system.
• Collaborate with team members to meet service goals and enhance overall customer satisfaction.
• Participate in ongoing training to keep updated with industry trends and service improvements.

Requirements

• Fluency in Dutch (written and spoken) is essential.
• A strong commitment to delivering excellent customer service.
• Prior experience in customer support, especially in telecommunications, is a plus but not mandatory.
