Your Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with team members to meet service goals and enhance overall customer satisfaction.

Requirements

  • Fluency in Dutch (written and spoken) is essential.
  • A strong commitment to delivering excellent customer service.
  • Prior experience in customer support, especially in telecommunications, is a plus but not mandatory.
