Your Responsibilities

  • Efficiently handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues related to digital services.
  • Maintain a friendly and professional demeanor in all customer interactions.
  • Accurately document customer interactions and contribute to service improvement initiatives.
  • Collaborate with team members and other departments to enhance customer satisfaction and service quality.
  • Participate in training sessions to stay updated on product knowledge and customer service best practices.

Requirements

  • Fluency in Dutch (both written and spoken) is essential.
