Job Description

We are seeking a Sales Development Representative (SDR) to support outbound prospecting and appointment setting for B2B technology companies. In this role, you will act as the first point of contact for assigned clients, engaging prospects via outbound calls and email to qualify interest and schedule discovery meetings with sales teams.

You will be trained on each client’s offerings, messaging, and ideal customer profile, and will execute outbound campaigns using HubSpot CRM. This is a structured, performance-driven role that requires professionalism, consistency, and accurate representation of each client’s brand.

Responsibilities:

Sales Outreach - Email Sequence Administration

  • Filter contact lists in HubSpot to create enrollment segments for email sequences.
  • Enroll prospects into targeted, multi-step email sequences to support outbound sales efforts.
  • Manage and maintain email sequences, timing, and segmentation to ensure relevant and effective outreach.
  • Coordinate with the CRO to align email sequences with current campaigns, offers, and buyer personas.
  • Monitor sequence performance and work with the CRO to optimize enrollment strategies to improve engagement and pipeline results.

Sales Outreach - Outbound Calling & Appointment Setting

  • Make 25–50 outbound dials per day per client (volume varies based on scope and ICP size).
  • Call prospects using the client’s name and represent yourself as a member of their team.
  • Follow the approved outreach script, messaging flows, and objection-handling framework provided for each client.
  • Set qualified discovery meetings directly on the client’s calendar following defined qualification criteria.
  • Log all call outcomes, notes, and dispositions inside the client’s HubSpot CRM.
  • Return inbound calls from prospects who respond to your outreach.
  • Listen to voicemails, call back promptly, and log all activity inside HubSpot.
  • Continue nurturing warm prospects with follow-up messaging and call attempts according to cadence.

Client Collaboration & Reporting

  • Meet weekly KPIs that are established during each client’s assessment period.
  • Provide call insights, prospect objections, trends, and feedback to improve each client's messaging strategy.
  • Attend internal check-ins with sales leadership to review performance and optimize outreach plans.

System & Process Compliance

  • Use HubSpot for all call tracking, notes, and task management.
  • Use the Teams phone number provided for all outbound and inbound communication.
  • Follow all compliance standards for representation, communication, professionalism, and data integrity. 

Requirements

  • C1 English or equivalent
  • 1-2+ years in outbound sales, cold calling, call center, or SDR/BDR roles.
  • Strong verbal communication skills and confidence on the phone.
  • Experience working with HubSpot or similar CRMs.
  • Ability to follow structured scripts and appointment-setting frameworks consistently.
  • High attention to detail with call logs, notes, and CRM processes.
  • Reliable, disciplined, and able to work independently within daily activity targets

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience working with MSPs, IT solutions, cybersecurity, or B2B service providers.
  • Prior experience in white-label SDR or agency-based prospecting roles.
  • Familiarity with outbound cadences, pipeline development, and qualification methodologies.

Performance Metrics

KPIs vary by client and are defined during the assessment phase. Typical metrics include:

  • Discovery meetings booked per week/month
  • Dials per day
  • Connect rate
  • Conversion rate from connect to a qualified meeting
  • CRM accuracy and completeness
  • Response time to call-backs/voicemails

  • Base salary: $1,500 to $2000 USD/ monthly + Commissions
