Job Description

Our client, is a multi-generational family office, who specialize in guiding clients through the complexities of preserving and growing their wealth, and building their legacy, is looking for an experienced Business Analyst to join the team.

About the projects:


Current and upcoming projects include integration of the holdings ERP system (Odoo) with the company's ecosystem, implementation of an EDMS, and numerous integrations with external systems, including payment systems, banks, and business data providers.

Role Purpose:

Collect and formalize requirements for internal financial, investment, document management systems, keep documentation up to date, and support the development team through the full delivery cycle, including UAT.

Responsibilities:

  • Elicit and analyze requirements for software and process changes (interviews, workshops, docs review).
  • Prepare and maintain project documentation: BRD, specifications, user stories, diagrams, manuals, change logs.
  • Work with Jira (backlog, user stories, acceptance criteria) and Confluence / Google Docs (requirements, specs, change history).
  • Model business processes and system behavior (BPMN/UML/flow diagrams).
  • Formulate and test hypotheses to improve product/process KPIs.
  • Support the development and QA teams: clarify requirements, handle edge cases, track changes.
  • Participate in planning and execution of UAT; collect and structure feedback from business stakeholders and end-users
  • Research and test software that meets the needs of the companys business processes

Requirements:

  • 2+ years experience as Business Analyst / System Analyst in software projects.
  • Experience with full requirements lifecycle and change management.
  • Solid skills in writing BRDs, specs, manuals, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
  • Experience building diagrams / process models.
  • Understanding of SDLC and Agile (Scrum / Kanban).
  • Confident use of Jira, Confluence, Google Docs, Diagramming/Prototyping tools like Diagrams.net, Figma, Balsamiq etc.

Nice to have:

  • Experience with ERP, preferably Odoo, and/or management systems for finance,
    investments, portfolios, documents, reporting.
  • Basic understanding of data structures, APIs, and system integrations (enough to discuss with developers)
