We are seeking a Remote Customer Service Sales Agent to join our team in Chicago, Illinois. This is a full-time, remote position that allows you to work from the comfort of your own home.

As a Remote Customer Service Sales Agent, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service to our clients, as well as promoting and selling our life insurance policies. You will be the first point of contact for our clients and will play a critical role in building and maintaining relationships with them.

Key Responsibilities:

- Respond to customer inquiries and provide information about our insurance policies

- Educate customers on the benefits of our policies and assist them in selecting the best coverage for their needs

- Process new policy applications and renewals accurately and efficiently

- Follow up with clients to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns or questions

- Meet and exceed sales targets and goals

- Keep accurate records of customer interactions and sales transactions

- Collaborate with team members to improve processes and achieve company objectives

Requirements:

- High school diploma or equivalent

- Previous experience in customer service and sales is preferred

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities

- Ability to work independently and in a team environment

- Proficient in Microsoft Office and other computer applications

- Must have a quiet and dedicated workspace at home

- Must be able to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends if needed
