Role Summary

The Customer Service Representative supports all clients by assisting with full travel research, coordinating reservations, and ensuring booking details are accurate and complete. This role focuses on customer service, booking coordination, and administrative accuracy in a remote setting.

Primary Responsibilities

  • Process and manage travel bookings for flights, accommodations, cruises, and related services
  • Provide clients with general destination and itinerary information
  • Communicate with travel suppliers to confirm reservations and details
  • Respond to client inquiries via email, phone, and online platforms
  • Maintain accurate client records and booking documentation
  • Follow established procedures and guidelines for bookings and communication

Required Qualifications

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Attention to detail and organizational ability
  • Comfortable working independently in a remote setting
  • Basic computer proficiency and reliable internet access
  • Minimum age of 18
  • Residency in the U.S., U.K., or approved regions
  • Previous travel experience is not required; training is provided
