We are seeking a Director of Marketing (Remote/WFH) to lead and execute all marketing efforts for a multi-location fitness brand. This role oversees brand strategy, content creation, communications, and campaigns, ensuring every touchpoint reflects the brands values, energy, and community-first approach. From social media and email campaigns to events and partnerships, the Director of Marketing drives visibility, engagement, and growth while maintaining a cohesive look, feel, and voice across all locations.
Own and evolve brand values, voice, and visual identity across all platforms
Ensure consistency in look, feel, and messaging across locations, digital channels, and in-studio materials
Lead creative direction for campaigns, promotions, and seasonal initiatives
Manage social media accounts across multiple locations
Develop, create, and publish engaging content (reels, posts, stories, graphics, captions)
Plan and execute content calendars aligned with business goals, launches, and events
Monitor performance and optimize content based on engagement and growth metrics
Build and manage email marketing campaigns including newsletters, promotions, and announcements
Own automated marketing flows including emails, texts, and task-based communications
Segment audiences and personalize messaging to drive retention, conversion, and reactivation
Plan and execute all marketing campaigns for memberships, events, and special offers
Collaborate with leadership on strategy for new launches and growth initiatives
Track and evaluate campaign performance to inform future strategy
Lead marketing for in-studio events, community activations, and special programs
Develop and manage partnerships with local brands, instructors, and community organizations
Promote events and partnerships across all marketing channels to maximize attendance and impact
Work closely with managers, instructors, and operations to align marketing with business needs
Support instructors with content guidance, brand standards, and promotional tools
Serve as the primary point person for all marketing-related initiatives
Strong, consistent brand presence across all locations
Engaging, on-brand content reflecting energy, community, and passion
Effective email and text campaigns driving attendance, retention, and revenue
Well-executed events and partnerships that strengthen community connection
Strong creative and strategic marketing skills
Deep understanding of social media, content creation, and digital marketing tools
Experience with email marketing, AI automations, and customer communication platforms. Also has strong understanding of email marketing platforms, landing page builders, and marketing automation tools (e.g., GoHighLevel, ActiveCampaign, ClickFunnels)
Highly organized, proactive, and able to manage multiple priorities independently
Passion for fitness, community, and building meaningful brand experiences
Strong design skills and eye for layout, typography, and visual storytelling
Ability to create on-brand graphics and assets across digital and physical channels
