We are looking for a Revenue Operations Associate (HubSpot & Integrations) to join our team. We are seeking someone with a strong technical foundation in HubSpot administration, curiosity about systems and integrations, and the ability to collaborate with global teams across marketing, sales, customer success, and engineering.
This role will work closely with senior RevOps leadership, supporting day-to-day operations, integrations, and process improvements across our GTM tech stack.

WHAT YOU GET TO DO:
Administer and maintain HubSpot from an operations perspective, including properties, objects, workflows, forms, lists, and user permissions;
Support and maintain integrations between HubSpot and Salesforce, including field mapping, sync behavior, and data consistency;
Support the creation, implementation, and ongoing maintenance of integrations with third-party tools such as Salesloft, ZoomInfo, Zapier, Gartner, Capterra, G2, MVF, and similar platforms
Support enablement and training sessions for Sales, Marketing, and RevOps teams related to new features, data usage, and integrations
Maintain clear and organized documentation of processes, integrations, and operational activities to support scalability and future maintenance
Assist with troubleshooting data, automation, and integration issues across systems
Document integration flows, system behaviors, triggers, and dependencies in a clear and structured way;
Collaborate with internal teams (Marketing, Sales, CS) to implement operational requests and process improvements;
Partner with developers and external vendors to support API-based integrations and technical discussions;
Contribute to ongoing optimization of RevOps processes, data models, and automation logic.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
2–5 years of hands-on experience administering HubSpot in an operational or admin role;
Solid understanding of HubSpot objects, properties, workflows, forms, and automation logic;
Experience working with HubSpot integrations, including Salesforce and other GTM tools such as Salesloft, ZoomInfo, Google Ads, Meta Ads, Zoom, or similar platforms;
Working knowledge of Salesforce data model, including Leads, Contacts, Accounts, and Opportunities;
Ability to read and understand API documentation, including endpoints, methods, and data structures;
Experience mapping fields and defining integration behaviors between systems;
Strong ability to communicate technical concepts with developers and external vendors;
Professional English proficiency, with ability to participate in calls and collaborate with a global team;
Comfortable working in evolving environments, with a genuine interest in continuous learning through hands-on experience, self-study, and knowledge sharing with peers.
