We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Salesforce Project Manager to lead and deliver high-impact Salesforce projects within our organization. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, Agile environment, can manage multiple stakeholders, and is passionate about driving business transformation through Salesforce technologies.

As a Salesforce Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the end-to-end project lifecycle—from initiation and planning to execution, monitoring, and closure—ensuring all Salesforce implementations and enhancements are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with business goals.

Requirements

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead cross-functional project teams to deliver Salesforce CRM projects using Agile methodologies.
  • Define project scope, objectives, timelines, and deliverables in collaboration with senior stakeholders and technical teams.
  • Develop and manage detailed project plans, ensuring resource allocation and timely completion of milestones.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for business and IT stakeholders; maintain clear and consistent communication across all parties.
  • Manage expectations and engagement of key stakeholders, including business leads, IT teams, vendors, and external partners.
  • Facilitate Agile ceremonies such as daily stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives, and reviews.
  • Identify project risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure successful delivery.
  • Coordinate with Salesforce developers, architects, and administrators to ensure technical solutions meet business requirements.
  • Track project performance using appropriate tools and techniques; report progress and escalate issues when necessary.
  • Ensure quality assurance processes are followed and Salesforce best practices are upheld throughout the project.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • 5–11 years of overall experience, with a minimum of 3 years in project management roles overseeing Salesforce projects.
  • Strong understanding of Salesforce ecosystem, including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and custom solutions.
  • Proven experience managing Agile projects, preferably with certification (e.g., Certified Scrum Master or PMI-ACP).
  • Demonstrated expertise in stakeholder management, with the ability to influence and communicate effectively at all organizational levels.
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and decision-making skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure, prioritize tasks, and manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • PMP, PRINCE2, or Salesforce Project Management certification is a plus.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience working in mid to large-scale enterprise environments.
  • Familiarity with tools like JIRA, Confluence, Asana, or similar project management platforms.
  • Exposure to integration projects involving third-party systems or APIs.
