Job Description

At Head Hunter, we are expanding our reach and looking for dedicated Business Development Representatives (BDRs) to join our remote team. As a BDR, you will be the first point of contact for potential clients, driving growth and expanding our client base across the US, UK, and Australia.

Your primary responsibility will be to research and identify leads, initiate contact, and set up qualified appointments for the sales team. You will be instrumental in building relationships and generating interest in our staffing solutions.

• Conduct research to identify and target potential clients and decision-makers.

• Make outbound calls and engage with leads via email and social media.

• Qualify prospects based on their needs and pain points.

• Schedule appointments for sales executives to conduct product demos or meetings.

• Maintain accurate records of interactions and lead status in our CRM.

• Meet monthly targets for qualified leads and appointments.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in outbound sales, lead generation, or business development.

• Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.

• Strong phone presence and proven ability to connect with prospects.

• Familiarity with CRM software (HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar).

• Self-motivated and driven to achieve targets.

• Ability to work independently in a remote environment.

• Reliable internet connection (25+ Mbps).

• Own laptop/PC and a quiet workspace.

• Availability to work US or UK business hours.
