The Senior Manager – Ecommerce Marketing will be responsible for driving growth through strategic planning, execution, and optimization of performance marketing initiatives across leading ecommerce and quick-commerce platforms. This role requires a strong blend of strategic thinking, data-driven decision-making, and hands-on campaign leadership. The position will also manage and guide a marketing executive supporting reporting and campaign execution.

Requirements

Key Responsibilities

Strategy Development (Critical)

  • Develop and execute comprehensive ecommerce and performance marketing strategies aligned with overall business objectives.
  • Define key performance indicators (KPIs), establish benchmarks, and set clear performance targets for campaigns.
  • Plan and execute go-to-market strategies for new product launches across ecommerce platforms.
  • Drive growth initiatives for premium and higher AOV products through focused scaling strategies.

Campaign Management

  • Plan, manage, and optimize paid marketing campaigns across ecommerce and quick-commerce platforms such as Amazon, Flipkart, Blinkit, Swiggy Instamart, Zepto, Jio, and similar channels.
  • Ensure all campaigns are consistent with brand positioning, messaging, and marketing guidelines.
  • Continuously test, optimize, and refine campaign structures to improve conversion rates and efficiency.

Data Analysis & Reporting (Critical)

  • Analyze campaign performance data to identify trends, insights, and optimization opportunities.
  • Track key metrics including ROAS, CAC, conversion rates, and revenue contribution.
  • Prepare and present regular performance reports and actionable insights to senior leadership.

Budget Management (Critical)

  • Own and manage ecommerce marketing budgets to maximize return on investment.
  • Monitor spends closely and ensure campaigns are delivered within approved budgets.
  • Optimize channel-wise and product-wise budget allocation based on performance.

Collaboration & Stakeholder Management

  • Work closely with creative and content teams to develop high-performing ad creatives and compelling messaging.
  • Collaborate with other marketing functions such as brand, SEO, social media, and CRM to ensure integrated and cohesive campaign execution.
  • Guide and mentor the reporting executive to ensure effective execution and reporting discipline.
