Salary range: Rs 500000 - Rs 1200000 (ie INR 5-12 LPA)

We are looking for a Full Stack Developer with hands-on experience in Frappe and ERPNext to design, build, and enhance ERP workflows used by real-world academic and institutional environments. This role involves end-to-end ownership of features, working across backend, frontend, and integrations in high-usage production systems.

Requirements

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and enhance custom features using Frappe and ERPNext
• Build and maintain custom DocTypes, server-side scripts, and REST APIs
• Develop frontend components and UI enhancements using JavaScript, Vue, or React as required
• Optimize application performance and reliability for high-traffic, production-grade systems
• Integrate ERP systems with payment gateways, external portals, and communication tools
• Deploy, monitor, and support live production features
• Troubleshoot issues and ensure system stability and scalability

Required Skills & Experience

• 1–4 years of hands-on development experience with Frappe and ERPNext
• Strong proficiency in Python
• Working knowledge of JavaScript, including client scripts and basic Vue.js
• Experience deploying, maintaining, and supporting production systems
• Familiarity with AI-assisted development tools (e.g., Claude Code or similar)
• Understanding of ERP workflows and data models

Good to Have

• Experience building a Frappe application from scratch
• Knowledge of background jobs, Redis, schedulers, and async processing
• Experience with performance tuning and optimization
• Exposure to education or academic ERP systems
