Salesforce Architect (Data Cloud & AgentForce)- R01560253

Job Description:

  1. Design and architect scalable Salesforce Health Cloud solutions tailored to healthcare industry requirements, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards

  2. Lead the end-to-end implementation of Health Cloud features, including Health Cloud Setup, Care Program (Patient Services), and Care Management modules

  3. Collaborate with stakeholders to gather business requirements, translate them into technical specifications, and deliver high-impact solutions

  4. Configure and optimize Health Cloud components such as Providers, Member Services, and Care Plans to enhance patient engagement and care coordination

  5. Integrate Salesforce Health Cloud with third-party healthcare systems, electronic health records (EHR), and external applications using APIs and middleware

  6. Develop and enforce best practices for data security, privacy, and governance within the Health Cloud environment

  7. Provide technical leadership and mentorship to development teams, ensuring high-quality solution delivery and adherence to architectural standards

  8. Troubleshoot complex technical issues, perform root cause analysis, and implement effective solutions to maintain system reliability

1. Extensive experience with Agent force with Data Cloud implementation

  2. Advanced proficiency in Health Cloud Setup and configuration

  3. Deep expertise in Care Program (Patient Services) and Care Management modules

  4. Strong knowledge of Salesforce Health Cloud Providers functionality

  5. Hands-on experience with Salesforce Lightning components and customization

  6. Proficiency in Apex, Visualforce, and Salesforce declarative tools

  7. Experience integrating Salesforce Health Cloud with EHR and other healthcare systems via APIs

  8. Solid understanding of HIPAA and healthcare data privacy requirements

  9. Skilled in designing secure, scalable, and high-performance solutions on Salesforce

  10. Ability to develop and manage complex data models within Health Cloud.
