The Quality Team is seeking a highly skilled and technically proficient individual to become a technical owner of quality intelligence and tooling within our dynamic team. In this role you will be a key technical contributor shaping how quality signals, insights, and tooling are surfaced across the organization, and defining the future of our Quality Framework. You will closely work with technical experts to design, scale , and evolve shared quality frameworks and automation enablers used by product teams, while reporting to your Engineering Manager.
What you'll do:
Architect, Develop, and Extend our quality platforms & tooling: Work with scalable and maintainable platforms, automation enablers, and services that integrate seamlessly with our development and CI/CD pipelines.
Provide technical leadership, mentoring, and enablement to engineers across the organization, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and high performance without direct people management.
Drive our vision of Quality Intelligence by designing and building AI-assisted quality tooling, leveraging LLM prompt engineering, agent-based systems, MCPs, and other emerging enablers.
Generate and Automate detailed reports and metrics on test coverage, execution, and outcomes, providing insights to stakeholders and driving data-driven decisions.
Define, standardize, and monitor quality KPIs and indicators enabling teams to make data-driven quality decisions.
Enable and evolve testing environments and tooling, ensuring strong alignment with production environments to guarantee accurate test results.
What you’ll need to succeed:
10+ years of experience in software engineering, with significant experience building quality, testing, or reliability-related systems.
Strong proficiency in TypeScript/JavaScript, with growing or established experience in Python, and a track record of building and maintaining production-grade backend systems or internal platforms. development.
Experience building or integrating AI-assisted systems, including practical use of LLMs, prompt engineering, agent-based workflows, or similar techniques in real-world tooling.
Knowledge of CI/CD tools (e.g., ArgoCD, GitLab CI).
Experience with performance testing, security testing etc.
Familiarity with containerization and orchestration tools (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes), as well as databases and datastores (SQL, NoSQL, etc.), particularly in support of internal platforms and tooling.
Past experience with observability, SLOs, and reliability engineering is a plus
