Job Description
At CI&T, we are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Systems Architect to join our team in Brazil. You will contribute to an innovative project in a collaborative, transforming, and multicultural environment.
Position Overview:
As a Systems Architect, you will lead the design and development of secure, resilient, and scalable cloud environments. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement best practices in cloud architecture and API management, ensuring high-quality deliverables that align with client expectations. Your expertise will drive technical decisions and elevate team standards, fostering an atmosphere of innovation and continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities:
Act as a technical reference in cloud and integrations for the teams.
Lead daily technical decisions, proposing improvements and scalable solutions.
Design, implement, and operate secure, resilient, and scalable cloud environments.
Work with microservices architectures and Kubernetes (AKS).
Manage and evolve API Management and synchronous and asynchronous integrations.
Define and maintain CI/CD pipelines, ensuring secure and traceable deployments.
Implement Infrastructure as Code (IaC).
Ensure complete observability (logs, metrics, alerts) and proactive monitoring.
Support development teams by removing technical impediments.
Communicate technical decisions clearly and collaboratively with stakeholders.

Cloud: Azure (primary), AWS (occasional)
Platform: AKS, API Management, App Service, Functions, Storage, VMs
Data: Azure SQL, SQL Server, PostgreSQL, and MySQL (Flexible Server), Data Factory
Integrations & Security: APIs, OAuth2, JWT, RBAC
DevOps: CI/CD, Infrastructure as Code
Observability: Datadog
Required Skills and Qualifications:
Must-have Skills:
Solid experience as a Tech Lead or Senior Developer in cloud and integrations.
Hands-on profile with strong technical autonomy.
Mature, collaborative, and quality-oriented technical leadership.
Ability to influence technical decisions and elevate team standards.
Good communication and excellent interpersonal relationships.
Continuous improvement mindset and focus on operational reliability.
Differentials:
Experience with Kubernetes in production.
Experience in enterprise/governed environments.
Work with API-oriented and microservices architectures.
Experience with solutions that utilize AI.
Nice-to-have Skills:
Familiarity with additional cloud services and tools.
Knowledge of advanced data security practices.
