About the role

We are looking for an Italian speaking Customer Support Representatives to join an international team. You will be responsible for providing high-quality support and ensuring an excellent customer experience for Danish-speaking customers.

Responsibilities

  • Provide customer support in Italian via phone, email, and chat

  • Assist customers with inquiries, troubleshooting, and account-related questions

  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction

  • Accurately document customer interactions and solutions

  • Escalate complex cases when necessary

Requirements

  • Fluent in Italian (C1/C2 level)

  • Good level of English (B2 or higher)

  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills

  • Customer-focused mindset

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

  • Previous Customer Support experience is a plus, but not required
