About the Job:

We are looking for an experienced and strategic Salesforce Solutions Architect to join our client's team and lead the design, implementation, and delivery of innovative Salesforce solutions. In this role, you will act as a trusted advisor to clients, helping them navigate complex business challenges while guiding high-performing teams to deliver exceptional results. You will leverage your technical expertise, strategic thinking, and leadership skills to drive business outcomes, foster collaboration, and promote continuous improvement in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the design and execution of complex Salesforce solutions that align with the client's business objectives.
• Serve as a trusted advisor, providing insights and guidance on Salesforce architecture, processes, and best practices.
• Manage and mentor teams, fostering high performance, collaboration, and professional growth.
• Engage in business development initiatives, supporting client acquisition and solutioning opportunities.
• Implement strategies to ensure client satisfaction and successful adoption of Salesforce solutions.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business challenges and translate them into technical solutions.
• Promote a culture of continuous improvement, operational excellence, and adherence to professional standards.
• Stay updated on Salesforce industry trends, emerging technologies, and leading practices.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
• 10+ years of solid experience in Salesforce architecture, solution design, and delivery
• Proven expertise in Salesforce solutions, including nCino and Salesforce Industry Clouds
• Strong experience leading client conversations and understanding business needs holistically
• Experience with deployment pipelines, code reviews, and supporting production deployments
• Proficiency in SQL and SOQL queries
• Excellent interpersonal and communication (written & verbal) skills
• Can start immediately, if possible
