Responsibilities:

- Act as the primary point of contact for all customer inquiries, concerns, and requests

- Provide exceptional customer service by responding promptly and professionally to all client communication

- Assist clients with scheduling appointments, making payments, and other administrative tasks

- Collaborate with other team members to ensure a smooth and efficient customer experience

- Follow up with customers to ensure their satisfaction and address any issues that may arise

- Keep accurate records of all customer interactions and transactions

- Continuously seek opportunities to improve the customer experience and provide feedback to management

Qualifications:

- High school diploma or equivalent; some college coursework preferred

- 1-2 years of customer service experience, preferably in a real estate or related industry

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Strong problem-solving and critical thinking abilities

- Proficient in Microsoft Office and other relevant software

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

- Detail-oriented and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment

- Real estate license is a plus, but not required
