OneIMS Group is seeking an experienced and motivated Marketing Account Manager who excels in client-facing roles to join our team. In this position, you will be responsible for building and nurturing strong relationships with clients, understanding their marketing needs, and delivering tailored strategies to achieve their goals. This role demands exceptional communication, organization, and strategic thinking skills, as you will directly impact client satisfaction and business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as the primary point of contact for clients, developing a deep understanding of their businesses and marketing objectives.
  • Create and execute customized marketing strategies that align with client goals and drive measurable results.
  • Communicate effectively with clients to present ideas, gather feedback, and provide updates on campaign progress.
  • Conduct regular meetings and performance reviews with clients, ensuring transparency and fostering collaboration.
  • Analyze client data and industry trends to provide insights and recommendations for campaign optimization.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including creative and analytics, to ensure the successful execution of client campaigns.
  • Maintain documentation of client communications and project progress for accountability and to inform future strategies.
  • Proactively identify opportunities to upsell additional services that would benefit the client’s marketing efforts.
  • Stay informed about industry trends and emerging marketing technologies to provide the best solutions for clients.

Requirements

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in marketing account management or a related client-facing role.
  • Strong understanding of marketing principles and strategies, with a focus on digital marketing.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple clients and projects simultaneously while maintaining a high level of detail.
  • Proficiency in marketing automation tools and HubSpot systems.
  • Create strategic plans to help clients Rank in Ai search and SEO
  • Understanding a big picture around Paid Ads and translating data for the client
  • Analytical thinking with the capability to interpret data and translate insights into actionable strategies.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to addressing client challenges.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment while also exercising independent judgment.
  • Willingness to adapt to change and stay updated on new marketing trends and technologies.
