The Technical Project Manager will lead complex technical initiatives from planning through execution. This role partners closely with engineering, product, IT, and cross-functional teams to define project scopes, create timelines, manage resources, and ensure high-quality delivery. The ideal candidate is organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-moving environment where priorities can shift. This is a 6 month contract (with expectation of continuous extension).
Responsibilities
● Leading out a pivotal project in renewing Hitrust Certification for Manage end-to-end project lifecycle, including planning, requirements gathering, scheduling, coordination, execution, and delivery.
● Work closely with engineering and product teams to translate business goals into clear project plans and technical requirements across a full SDLC environment.
● Coordinate project resources and workflows to keep teams aligned and accountable to agreed timelines.
● Track project progress, highlight risks or blockers early, and work with stakeholders to solve issues.
● Ensure project documentation is clear, current, and accessible to all relevant teams.
● Facilitate effective cross-functional communication and collaboration across engineering, IT, product, and operations.
● Support process improvements across project management, documentation, release workflows, and communication practices.
● Prepare and present project updates, status reports, and recommendations to senior leadership.
