Responsibilities

  • Lead the planning and execution of HR projects to improve organizational effectiveness.
  • Develop project plans, timelines, and budgets, ensuring all objectives are met.

  • Analyze project performance and provide recommendations for improvement.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Proven experience as an HR Project Manager or similar role.
  • Strong understanding of HR processes and project management methodologies.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
