We are seeking a driven, detail-oriented Account Manager to serve as the primary point of contact for assigned customers and to ensure a high-quality experience from onboarding through ongoing delivery.
The Account Manager is responsible for managing customer relationships, coordinating internally with production and operations teams, and identifying opportunities to grow and strengthen accounts over time. This role requires strong communication skills, excellent organization, and the ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining a high standard of service.
The Account Manager plays a critical role in customer retention, satisfaction, and long-term revenue growth.
