We’re hiring a creative and resourceful Sales & Marketing Specialist to support a growing business partner. This role combines early-stage sales outreach with social media and marketing support. You’ll be building processes from scratch, generating leads, and creating engaging content to help grow the brand.
This role is open to all candidates in the Philippines and all over Latin America.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Research and identify potential customers, partners, or distributors
- Conduct outbound outreach via email, social media, and other creative channels
- Handle early-stage sales conversations and basic qualification
- Track leads and follow-ups using spreadsheets or simple tools
- Share prospect feedback to improve messaging and offers
- Create short-form content for Instagram and TikTok using AI tools
- Maintain a basic posting cadence and content organization
- Help establish basic workflows for sales and marketing tracking
Requirements
What We’re Looking For:
- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
- At least 2 years of experience in sales, marketing, social media, or a hybrid role
- Comfortable with outbound sales and starting conversations
- Familiarity with AI tools for content or copy creation
- Highly creative, resourceful, and comfortable working without existing systems
- Available to work in US time zones (Graveyard shift in the Philippines)
- Available to start within 2 weeks from job offer
Technical Requirements:
- Comfortable in using time-trackers (e.g. Time Doctor)
- Own laptop/desktop, noise-cancelling headphones, and webcam
- Reliable internet connection (at least 50 Mbps)
- Available backup equipment in cases of power and internet outages
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools and Google Workspace
