Overall purpose and responsibilities of the role:

The Client Success & Strategy Analyst will be the bridge between the company’s cutting-edge AI marketing technology and the real-world business goals of their clients. A decade of marketing experience is not needed, just a sharp mind, a positive attitude, and the drive to learn how to scale businesses using the most advanced tools in the industry.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Client Relationship Management: Participate in onboarding and regular check-in calls. You’ll assist in meeting preparation and ensure all follow-up actions are executed flawlessly.
  • Strategic Translation: Deeply understand each client’s unique business goals and help translate them into actionable SEO and sales outreach strategies.
  • Campaign Orchestration: Manage setup tasks across our proprietary platforms. (Don’t worry—we provide full training on our SEO and sales outreach tools).
  • Data Analysis & Optimization: Monitor performance metrics to see what’s working. You’ll collaborate with internal teams to "turn the knobs" and optimize campaigns for maximum ROI.
  • Quality & Reporting: Support QA processes and create clear, insightful reports that show clients exactly how we are helping them win.
  • Proactive Communication: Act as a reliable point of contact for clients, answering questions and ensuring they feel supported and successful

Requirements

Must-have Skills / Qualification:

  • Proven experience working directly with clients or customers, managing expectations, and building strong relationships.
  • Prior SEO experience is not required, as full training will be provided. Candidates without SEO background should have a strong foundation in customer service and client engagement.
  • A Natural Communicator: You present well, write clearly, and enjoy collaborating with both teammates and clients.
  • A Critical Thinker: You don't just follow a checklist; you look at the "why" behind the data and find creative solutions to new problems.
  • Analytical & Organized: You are comfortable working with data in Excel or Google Sheets and never let a deadline slip through the cracks.
