Key Responsibilities

Support clients by sharing options, answering questions, and providing accurate information

Coordinate lodging, transportation, and related arrangements

Communicate updates clearly and in a timely manner

Prepare, review, and distribute confirmations and itineraries

Verify details to ensure accuracy and completeness

Deliver friendly, professional support throughout the client journey
