The opportunity - Staff Platform Engineer

We’re looking for a Staff Platform Engineer who thrives at the intersection of software, infrastructure, and distributed systems. You’ll lead technical strategy, build foundational architecture, and make the engine room run smoothly. If owning and diving into the engine room to optimise systems and enable scale excites you, let’s talk.

We're looking for someone who is in Australia, New Zealand or PST in North America.

What you'll bring

• Strong C# .net experience.

• Strong understanding of topics like dependency injection, distributed systems and platform architecture.

• Experience with observability and monitoring tooling

• Demonstrated experience taking initiative, making trade-off decisions and moving fast to execute.

• Experience working in a platform/infrastructure team.

• Strong communication skills - be able to clearly articulate deeply technical concepts easily.
