We are hiring a Digital Marketing Program Lead – Growth & Execution to help drive traffic, conversion, and revenue in a direct-to-consumer (DTC) ecommerce environment by organizing and executing digital marketing initiatives at scale.
This role combines digital marketing knowledge with strong project and program management skills. You will not be expected to be a deep specialist in every channel, but you must understand how growth is achieved in practice and how to coordinate the work required to support it.
Your focus will be on managing marketing programs, prioritizing initiatives, coordinating internal and external contributors, and improving execution processes so that marketing efforts are consistent, measurable, and scalable.

Requirements
Practical understanding of:
Deep expertise in every channel (PPC, paid social, Amazon, HTML, etc.) is not required, but familiarity with how these areas work together in a DTC environment is essential.
