We are looking for Danish-speaking Customer Support Representatives to join an international team. You will be responsible for delivering high-quality support and ensuring an excellent customer experience for Danish-speaking customers.
Provide customer support in Danish via phone, email, and chat
Assist customers with inquiries, troubleshooting, and account-related questions
Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction
Accurately document interactions and solutions in internal systems
Escalate complex cases when necessary
Fluent Danish (C1/C2 level)
Good level of English (B2 or higher)
Strong communication and problem-solving skills
Customer-oriented mindset
Ability to work on-site
Previous Customer Support experience is a plus, but not required
