About the Role

Our client, a leader in the consumer electronics industry, is looking for Italian-speaking Customer Service Representatives to join their remote team in Greece. This is an exciting opportunity to provide exceptional customer support while working in a dynamic, collaborative, and growth-oriented environment.

You will interact with customers via phone, email, and chat, helping them resolve product issues, troubleshooting, and warranty claims, all while ensuring a positive and professional customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide outstanding customer service via phone, email, and chat.
  • Assist customers with consumer electronics product issues, troubleshooting, and warranty claims.
  • Deliver accurate information about products and services to guide customer purchasing decisions.
  • Resolve customer complaints efficiently and professionally.
  • Collaborate with team members to escalate issues as needed.
  • Participate in ongoing training and feedback sessions to improve product knowledge and service skills.

Requirements

  • Italian (C2) – Native-level fluency.
  • English (B2) – Intermediate communication skills.
  • Strong verbal and written communication.
  • Customer-focused and proactive problem solver.
  • Team player with accountability for individual responsibilities.
  • Prior customer service experience is a plus but not mandatory.
  • Mandatory documents: EU Citizenship, Full-purpose or Specific-purpose Work Permit, or Certificate of Protection (refugees). Birth certificate required.

Salary & Benefits

  • Base Salary: €1,045.72 gross/month
  • Monthly Performance Bonus: Up to €150
  • Paid Training: 11 full working days
  • Salary Progression:

    • €1,100 after 12 months
    • €1,150 after 3 years

Relocation Support:

  • Option 1: Flight + hotel stay + real estate agency fee covered
  • Option 2: €250 relocation allowance + agency fee (for independent relocation)
