A global investment and technology-driven organization is seeking a Software Engineer to join its Data Platform & Analytics team in Paris, France. This group is responsible for delivering a high-availability, enterprise-scale data platform used to analyze investment strategy performance across global regions.

The role offers the opportunity to work at the core of a modern data ecosystem, partnering closely with engineers, analysts, and infrastructure teams to ensure scalable, secure, and reliable data pipelines in a fast-paced, high-performance environment.


Key Responsibilities

  • Pipeline Engineering: Design, build, support, and optimize data pipelines and automation frameworks supporting multiple strategic initiatives.

  • Snowflake Stewardship: Serve as a Snowflake subject-matter expert, ensuring performance, scalability, security, and governance across all environments.

  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with developers, analysts, and infrastructure teams to guarantee reliable data delivery and maintain strong data governance practices.

  • Platform Evolution: Contribute to the continuous development of a modern data platform, including the implementation of automation, monitoring, and industry best practices.

  • Operational Excellence: Operate effectively in a high-expectation, collaborative environment where quality, efficiency, and continuous improvement are core values.

Nice-to-Have Experience

  • Cloud Infrastructure: Familiarity with AWS services, particularly S3, IAM, and PrivateLink.
  • Modern Tooling: Experience with orchestration and transformation tools such as Airflow and dbt.

  • Consulting Background: Prior experience in a high-stakes, specialized consulting or "Big 4" environment.

Benefits & Salary

  • Compensation: Annual gross salary ranging from CHF 120,000 to CHF 180,000, commensurate with experience.
  • Work Arrangement: On-site position based in Paris, France.

  • Vacation: 30 days of annual leave.
