Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer support via phone, email, and chat.
- Assist customers with inquiries related to products and services.
- Resolve issues and complaints efficiently and with empathy.
- Educate customers about available services and guide them throughout the process.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and feedback.
- Collaborate with team members to enhance service quality.
Requirements
- Fluency in Finnish (both spoken and written) is required.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Prior experience in customer service or support roles is preferable.
- Strong problem-solving skills with a focus on customer satisfaction.
- Willingness to relocate to Greece and adapt to a new environment.
- Interest in exploring and experiencing Greek culture is advantageous.
- Familiarity with customer service software is a plus.
