Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer support via phone, email, and chat.
• Assist customers with inquiries related to products and services.
• Resolve issues and complaints efficiently and with empathy.
• Educate customers about available services and guide them throughout the process.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and feedback.
• Collaborate with team members to enhance service quality.

Requirements

• Fluency in Finnish (both spoken and written) is required.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Prior experience in customer service or support roles is preferable.
• Strong problem-solving skills with a focus on customer satisfaction.
• Willingness to relocate to Greece and adapt to a new environment.
• Interest in exploring and experiencing Greek culture is advantageous.
• Familiarity with customer service software is a plus.
