GTM Marketing Manager

Job Description

This isn't your typical marketing role. While we are AI-forward, your mission is grounded in a specific market gap: email deliverability as a competitive advantage. We are targeting startups and budget-conscious companies that can’t afford to let their outreach land in spam.

You will own the GTM execution, moving us from a technical tool to the "must-have" solution for cold outreach success. You'll be responsible for a phased, milestone-based strategy that validates messaging through deep customer discovery before scaling.

What You’ll Do
  • AI Visibility Strategy: Build and execute our presence across LLMs. Research how AI models source and cite information, identify opportunities, and position Folderly as the authoritative voice in email deliverability.
  • SEO & Content Engine: Own organic traffic growth through technical SEO, high-quality content creation, and strategic keyword targeting. Build content that ranks AND gets cited by AI.
  • Competitor Intelligence: Create comparison content and battle cards. Understand our landscape (Warmbox, Lemwarm, etc.) and articulate why Folderly wins.
  • Technical Authority & Page Ownership: Develop high-authority, deep-dive guides on technical email infrastructure (SPF, DKIM, DMARC) and inbox placement; you will partner directly with Design to transform these complex concepts into high-converting, visually intuitive landing pages and interactive tools.
  • Partnership Content: Support co-marketing initiatives with partners and build content that amplifies our reach through strategic collaborations.

  • Who You Are
  • Proven SEO chops: You've driven meaningful organic traffic growth for a B2B SaaS company. You can show your work.
  • AI-curious (or AI-obsessed): You're already thinking about how AI is changing search and discovery. Bonus if you've experimented with AI citation strategies.
  • Strong writer: You can translate complex technical concepts into content that's both authoritative and accessible. No jargon soup.
  • Data-driven: You make decisions based on metrics, not vibes. You know your way around analytics tools.
  • Self-starter: We're a small team. You'll have ownership and autonomy—which means you need to drive your own roadmap without hand-holding.

  • Nice To Have
  • Background in email marketing or email deliverability
  • Experience with programmatic SEO
  • Familiarity with tools like Ahrefs, Semrush, Clearscope, or Surfer
