Position: Sales Intelligence & Data Analyst

Salary: PHP 44,000 to PHP 60,000

Working Hours & Conditions: Mondays to Fridays; 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM Philippine Standard Time (9:00 AM to 6:00 PM AEST); full-time (remote)

Holidays: Australian Holidays

OVERVIEW:

Sales Intelligence & Data Analyst plays a critical role in supporting our onsite sales team by extracting, analysing, and interpreting data from BCI software and Estimate One, along with other related data sources. The purpose of the role is to transform raw construction and project data into actionable sales intelligence, enabling our sales representatives to engage effectively with key decision makers and sell our products at the right time, to the right people.

 

This position bridges data analysis and commercial sales execution, ensuring our sales team is well-prepared, informed, and targeted in their market approach.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Data Extraction & Analysis

  • Extract relevant project, company, and contact data from BCI software and Estimate One.
  • Identify new project opportunities aligned with our product offering.
  • Analyse construction and project data to identify trends, opportunities, and sales triggers.
  • Determine project status, timelines, and decision-making windows.
  • Prioritise leads based on project value, relevance, and likelihood to convert.
  • Prepare clear, concise sales intelligence reports for the onsite sales team.
  • Provide decision-maker details, project insights, and recommended talking points.

Requirements

Required Skills & Experience

  • Experience supporting field sales or business development teams.
  • Experience using BCI software and Estimate One (or similar construction intelligence platforms).
  • Understanding of construction, manufacturing, or B2B sales environments.
  • Strong data analysis and data extraction skills.
  • Proficiency in Excel or similar data analysis tools.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Commercial mindset with an ability to see how data drives revenue.
  • Self-motivated, organised, and deadline-driven.
