Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer support via phone, email, and chat.
• Assist customers with inquiries related to services and products.

• Document interactions accurately to maintain service quality.
• Collaborate with colleagues to enhance customer experience and improve processes.

Requirements

• Fluency in Finnish (both spoken and written) is required.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Prior experience in customer service or support roles is preferred.
• Excellent problem-solving skills with a focus on customer satisfaction.
• Willingness to relocate and adapt to life in Greece.
• Interest in different cultures and environments is a plus.
• Familiarity with customer service software is advantageous.
