Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer support via phone, email, and chat.
- Assist customers with inquiries related to services and products.
- Resolve customer complaints in a timely and professional manner.
- Educate customers about available services and guide them through processes.
- Document interactions accurately to maintain service quality.
- Collaborate with colleagues to enhance customer experience and improve processes.
Requirements
- Fluency in Finnish (both spoken and written) is required.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Prior experience in customer service or support roles is preferred.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a focus on customer satisfaction.
- Willingness to relocate and adapt to life in Greece.
- Interest in different cultures and environments is a plus.
- Familiarity with customer service software is advantageous.
