As a representative, you will assist Dutch-speaking customers across various channels, ensuring their orders and inquiries are handled efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage customer inquiries related to food delivery services, order processing, and account issues via phone, email, and chat in Dutch.
• Provide information on menu items, delivery options, and promotions to customers.
• Assist with order placements, modifications, and cancellations, ensuring a seamless experience.
• Resolve customer complaints and issues promptly, demonstrating a strong commitment to customer satisfaction.
• Document all customer interactions accurately in the CRM system for tracking and improvement purposes.
• Collaborate with logistics and support teams to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment.
• Stay informed about the food delivery industry trends and company offerings to enhance customer interactions.

Requirements

• Fluency in Dutch (both written and spoken) is essential; knowledge of English or Bulgarian is a plus.
• Previous experience in customer service, preferably in the food delivery or hospitality sector.
• Strong communication skills with an ability to handle inquiries professionally and empathetically.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple inquiries efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with CRM software and general customer service applications.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as needed.
